Swiss American - is recalling St Louis Brie products after being alerted by the manufacturer Old Europe Cheese, Inc. that the products could be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. This is part of a voluntary broader recall by the manufacturer.

The Chai Box is recalling Chai Concentrate Mix in 16 oz glass bottles Chai Concentrate Mix, UPC 7 93611 81925 2 and 64 oz plastic bottles of Chai Concentrate Mix UPC 7 93611 81926 9 and 16 oz glass bottles Unsweetened Chai Concentrate Mix, UPC 793611819252 and 64 oz plastic bottles of Unsweetened Chai Concentrate Mix UPC 793611819269 due to potential under-processing which may lead to Clostridium botulinum contamination. These deviations were part of the commercial sterilization process and could result in contamination by spoilage organisms or pathogens, which could lead to life-threatening illness if consumed. No other production codes or products are affected by this recall.


It is important to note that there have been no reports of illness associated with this product to date.


The products subject to recall are 16 oz glass bottles and 64 oz plastic bottles with Best By dates between 09/22/2022 and 03/16/2023. Please see that attached photos for ease of identification of the products.

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is recalling Tuscan Garden Restaurant Style Italian Dressing because the product is labeled as Restaurant Style Italian Dressing, while some of the bottles may contain Asian Sesame Dressing. The Restaurant Style Italian Dressing label indicates the allergens egg and dairy are in the product while the Asian Sesame Dressing product contains the allergens soy and wheat. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to soy or wheat run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.


Product was distributed nationwide through Aldi between August 23, 2022 and September 23, 2022.


The product at issue can be identified by the UPC number and best if used by date which can be found below the neck of the bottle.

People who may have an allergy or severe sensitivity to Soy or Wheat run the risk of serious or life- threatening allergic reaction if they consume these ingredients. The recalled products were sold in the produce or dairy department and distributed nationwide through Whole Foods Markets. All affected product has been removed from store shelves.

No illnesses have been reported to date.

Consumers who purchased Whole Foods Market 365 Organic Creamy Caesar Dressing bottles with these Used by Codes (UPC code 99482-49027) in 12oz glass bottles should discard the product and seek a refund at the point of sale. Consumers with additional questions can call 1-844-936-8255 between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm CST.

GHGA is recalling Ready-To-Eat Vegetable Products due to the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. No other GHGA products are affected by this recall. Listeria monocytogenes is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short- term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, a Listeria monocytogenes infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.


To date, we are not aware of any illnesses linked to this recall. Please see attached photos for further identification.


On 9/16/22 the firm was notified by their laboratory that a single sample of a product tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes.

The products were sold to Kroger and distributed to retail stores on 9/11/22. The Sell-by Date has expired, and products were previously removed from store shelves and are no longer for sale.

Valley International Cold Storage Acquisition, LLC - is recalling 22,061 pounds of frozen beef products due to misbranding and undeclared allergens. The product contains milk, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label.


The frozen products are labeled as Korean-Style Beef, but contain a chicken sausage and pepper product, which contains milk. These items were produced on July 22, 2022. The following products are subject to recall [view labels]:

  • 9.25-oz. cartons labeled as “Healthy Choice POWER BOWLS Korean-Style Beef” with lot code “5246220320” and a “best if used by” date of 04-18-2023.

The products subject to recall bear establishment number “34622” on the end flap of the carton. These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide.           


The problem was discovered when the producing establishment notified FSIS that it had received consumer complaints that the Korean-Style Beef cartons contained a chicken-based product.

Muktanand Foods Inc. is recalling 14 Oz (400 gm) packages of Golden Raisin because they may contain undeclared sulfites. People who have severe sensitivity to Sulfites may run the risk of serious or life-threatening reactions, if they consume this product.


The product was sold in retail stores nationwide.


The product comes in 14 Oz, clear plastic package with UPC Code 8904 1704 10327. All ANKUR GOLDEN RAISIN 14Oz is impacted by this recall regardless of the presence or absence of a batch number.


No illness have been reported to date in connection with this problem.


The recall was initiated immediately after it was discovered that product was distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of Sulfite.


Consumers who have purchased 14 Oz packet of “Ankur Golden Raisin” are urged to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Magnolia Provision Company, Inc. - is recalling 497 pounds of beef jerky products that may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.

The products subject to recall bear establishment number “EST. 8091” inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide.


The problem was discovered when the establishment reported to FSIS that it received confirmation from their third-party lab that a product contact surface sample returned as positive for Listeria monocytogenes.

The product was sold in the produce or dairy department and distributed in the states of Alabama, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

No illnesses have been reported to date.

The recall was initiated after it was discovered that the product was distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of Soy and Wheat allergen. Subsequent investigation indicates that the problem was caused when the back label from another product was mistakenly put on the product being recalled.

Consumers who purchased Whole Foods Market 365 Organic Creamy Caesar Dressing with UPC code 99482-49027 in 12oz glass bottles with a Best by date of 04/06/2023 should discard the product and seek a refund at the point of sale with receipt.
