2024's Georgia Grown Conference Highlights Networking & Collaboration Among Georgia's Ag Community

Atlanta, GA - On August 28-29, 2024, the Georgia Grown program held the "Growing Together: A Georgia Grown Conference" at the Columbus Convention Center. The event brought together Georgia Grown members from across the state. This annual event for our members included two days of educational sessions, dynamic exhibitors, and networking opportunities. The Conference welcomed 137 attendees, featured 13 exhibitors, and offered eight engaging workshops.

“Our team at Georgia Grown is committed to promoting Georgia agriculture and helping our members succeed at every step of their journey, and that commitment was on full display at this year’s Georgia Grown Conference,” said Georgia Agriculture Commissioner Tyler Harper. “This annual event continues to be an important opportunity for our members to network, collaborate, and learn how to grow their business and how we can all work together to tell the story of Georgia agriculture.”

“Our goal with this year's conference was to create a platform where Georgia Grown members could come together to share knowledge, explore new opportunities, and build lasting relationships,” said Matthew Kulinski, Georgia Department of Agriculture Marketing Director. “We're thrilled with the turnout and the enthusiasm of all participants. The success of this year's Conference highlights the incredible talent present among our members.”

These sessions addressed current trends and challenges faced by Georgia Grown members, offering practical insights to drive business success. Additionally, the Conference facilitated valuable networking opportunities, enabling attendees to connect with peers, mentors, and potential collaborators.
