TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND PARTIES:
Pursuant to the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, O.C.G.A. § 2-8-200, notice is hereby given that the Georgia Department of Agriculture (Department) will be accepting written comments on behalf of the Agricultural Commodity Commission on Propane (Commission) regarding the adoption of an amendment to Rule 42-1-1-.04 entitled “Office of the Commission.” The Department will be accepting written comments on behalf of the Commission from March 17, 2021, to close of business (4:30 p.m. EST) on April 16, 2021.
SYNOPSIS, MAIN FEATURES AND DIFFERENCES:
The Department is proposing to amend Rule 42-1-1-.04 by providing that the office address of the Commission is posted on the Commission’s website, www.gapropanecommission.org.
COMMENT PERIOD AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The Department will be accepting written comments from March 17, 2021, to close of business (4:30 p.m. EST) on April 16, 2021. Comments will be considered on April 19, 2021. Please submit written comments to:
